In 2005 my wife Stephanie and myself were fortunate enough to purchase 6 acres near Cossayuna Lake in Argyle NY. It was a wooded lot so we were starting from scratch. We had the land logged and brought in one of the excavation contractors we use for "Big" work. We designed a modest ranch with a floor plan that worked well for our family. We really enjoyed building our own home. If you are considering building a home, we would be happy to have you come see our home and and discuss your future home.
